Fizz It Up: Exploring Chemistry and the Beauty Business

Join The Guidance Center’s Nurture the Future program and Detroit ChempreneurIST for a fun evening designing and creating your own bath bomb and learning about the marketing process. Kids will learn:

About Chemistry
Kids will explore acid and base chemistry by formulating and creating their own unique bath bomb using safe household ingredients.

About Entrepreneurship
Kids will create a custom brand name, logo and product label for their bath bombs while learning about product development, marketing and design.

FREE snacks, giveaways and a drawing for a Cosmetic Chemistry Kit.

This workshop is geared to children 10+. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Space is limited so registration is required. Walk-ins will be accepted if space is available.
