An Essential Toolkit for Successful Co-Parenting – A Virtual Workshop Series

These workshop topics address the relationship between separate households created as a result of cooperative parenting and divorce, to help maintain the family unit and decrease unnecessary emotional burdens on the children. These workshops focus on the importance of keeping children out of the middle while helping to reduce stress and conflict among the adults. Topics include:
1. Child Centered or Parent Centered
2. Tug of War or Peace of Mind
3. Letting Go or Holding On
4. Making It Better or Keep It Bitter
