Sweet Dreamzzz: Helping Your Child Build Healthy Sleeping Habits

All Head Start families are welcome at this FREE family event for caregivers and children 3-7 years old! Join us for:

• R.E.A.D.Y Bedtime Routine presentation and handout materials (chart, stickers, magnet)
• Crafts and games
• Pizza dinner
• Free pajamas and teddy bear for every registered child ages 3-7!
