Infant Massage

Parents and caregivers are invited to this series to improve communication and bonding, learn relaxation techniques, and increase caregiver confidence.
This class is best suited for babies at least 6 weeks old and up until they start crawling.
Week 1 (March 4) – Leg & Arm Massage
Week 2 (March 11) – Abdomen & Chest Massage
Week 3 (March 18) – Face & Back Massage
