DESCRIPTION:Come join the fun in a free family yoga class designed just for parents/caregivers and their young children! Our yoga teacher Kelly Sharpy will demonstrate fun yoga poses as well as ideas for parents to help their little ones with their big feelings. \nOlder siblings are welcome.
