Directors and Supervisors can use the Results link for the health screen results of your department or program.

You can find printable versions in the Resources tab.

All staff and visitors entering a TGC location must wear a face covering while in all common areas, in-person meetings and when 6 feet of social distancing can not be maintained.

To enable social distancing, staff are to stay at least six feet from all individuals, including clients, visitors, and other staff, to the maximum extent possible and in accordance with their job role.

Handwashing for at least 20 seconds with soap and water and the us of hand sanitizer is to be done often and regularly through the work period.

Work surfaces and items are to be disinfected often and regularly through the work period, i.e., disinfecting wipes, Lysol disinfectant spray, etc. Do not share personal equipment, phones, etc.
