Infant Massage Class

Parents and caregivers are invited to this series to improve communication and bonding, learn relaxation techniques, and increase caregiver confidence.

This virtual class is best suited for babies at least 6 weeks old and up until they start crawling.

This series is offered quarterly so check back for more dates!

Week 1 – Hand & Feet Massage

Week 2 – Abdomen & Chest Massage

Week 3 – Arm & Face Massage

Week 4 – Back & Full Body Massage
