Infant Massage

Parents and caregivers are invited to this series to improve communication and bonding, learn relaxation techniques, and increase caregiver confidence.

This class is best suited for babies at least 6 weeks old and up until they start crawling.

Week 1 (January 8) – Leg & Feet Massage

Week 2 (January 15) – Abdomen & Chest Massage

Week 3 (January 22) – Arm & Face Massage

Week 4 (January 29) – Back & Full Body Massage
