The Guidance Center’s Bridges is an intervention program for families of preschool-aged children who are experiencing difficulties at home or at preschool.

  • Developmental guidance
  • Supportive counseling
  • Concrete services
  • Advocacy as needed
  • Observation and consultation with preschool program
  • These services are provided in the home or in the community.


What is our goal?

Our primary goal is to support early parent-child relationship and support children’s social and emotional development to promote school success.


Who can receive services?

Preschool-aged children who:

  • exhibit challenging behaviors at home or at school (over activity, frequent temper tantrums, aggression, anger, etc.)
  • have behaviors that are concerning to parents or preschool teachers (shyness, withdrawn, fearful, anxious, have separation difficulties or sleep difficulties, etc.)
